These terms apply to the Wedding Invitation Video service offered on wedding.ommsaionline.com by Omm Sai Online ("we", "us"), Chhatia, Jajpur, Odisha.

1. Service

We create a personalised, animated digital invitation video (wedding, pre-wedding / save the date, engagement, reception, bratopanayana and similar family functions) using the names, dates, venue, text and photos you provide. It is a digital product delivered on WhatsApp; nothing is shipped physically.

2. Price & payment

The price is ₹299 (Indian Rupees) per video, inclusive of all charges, paid online through Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net-banking). Work starts only after successful payment.

3. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, names and details you send, and that they are lawful and not offensive. We may refuse content that is unlawful or inappropriate; in that case we refund the payment.

4. Delivery

We deliver the video on your WhatsApp number within 24 hours after we receive your complete details and photos (office hours Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM). Delays caused by missing or late details are not counted.

5. Corrections

If there is a spelling or detail mistake from our side, we correct it free of cost. Changes to details you supplied, or a new design after delivery, may be charged separately.

6. Samples

Sample videos on this website are shown with the customers' permission. Your video will contain your own details; designs may vary slightly from samples.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jajpur, Odisha have jurisdiction.
