Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom digital product

Each invitation video is made specially for you, so orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once work has started (i.e. after you send your details/photos).

When we refund

• Double payment for the same order — the extra amount is refunded.
• Payment deducted but order failed — full refund.
• We are unable to make your video (for example, if we refuse unlawful content, or cannot deliver) — full refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Corrections

Spelling or detail mistakes made by us are corrected free of cost.
